James Deno was tragically taken from this earth in July of 2017 leaving behind his wife, Martha, and 5 children. In lieu of flowers, family asked for contributions to the St. Augustine Church building fund. Through the funds donated and generosity of the community in honor of James, there have been several improvements made to the church rectory that was in desperate need of repair. Those funds are dwindling and there is still more work to be done. The family would also like to begin a scholarship in James' name to be given to a local high school graduate that is looking to pursue a career related to the agriculture industry that James worked in all of his life. Being an avid cyclist herself, his daughter, Julie, thought a cycling event made perfect sense. Please join us and support us in keeping the good work going that all started because of our father's tragic death. God bless you! Donations accepted as well.
